Aaron Schwartz is a dedicated and experienced criminal defense, domestic relations and personal injury trial attorney. His practice focuses solely on those areas of the law thereby allowing him to dedicate his resources and knowledge to clients specifically affected by those legal issues.
Mr. Schwartz graduated from Miami University in 1999 with a degree in Political Science. He then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law earning his JD in 2002. He then accepted a position at the Lake County Public Defender’s Office where he handled the defense of clients charged with crimes ranging from low level misdemeanors to the highest level felony.
After more than a decade of exclusively representing clients charged with criminal offenses he decided to branch out and take on clients dealing with a wide array of legal issues. He has taken on all areas of domestic relations including divorce, dissolution, child support and child custody. In addition to handling criminal defense and domestic relations cases he is also experienced in representing clients in personal injury cases.
Mr. Schwartz represents clients in both Municipal Courts and Common Pleas Courts throughout Northeast Ohio including Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Summit, Stark, Ashtabula and Lorain counties.
Mr. Schwartz is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio and resides on the East Side of Cleveland with his wife and daughter.
